How to Use a Fleco Portable Karaoke System

Choose a model from Fleco's line of portable karaoke systems depending on what you will be using it for. Make sure you add on any extras you think you might need. If you plan on recording some of your songs, choose a Fleco model that has the record feature.

Connect the Fleco Portable system to your TV. For TVs without a video in jack, turn the channel to 3 or 4. For TVs with a video in jack, turn TV to video.

Plug in your VCR or external speakers if needed. Use the correctly labeled jacks for speaker and VCR.

Connect the microphone or microphones to the mic 1 and mic 2 connectors on the Fleco machine. Adjust the echo level and volume controls. If using the vocal changer, leading vocal is the right channel, and accompaniment vocals are the left channel. While you are singing, your voice overrides the leading vocals. The leading vocals resume once you stop singing.

Insert your song CD label side up and close the CD tray. If using a cassette tape, insert the tape.

Hit the play button to start the song. Skip to a specific song on the CD or use fast forward with a cassette tape.

Record your performance by pressing the record button on the tape player and the play button the CD player. Make sure there is a blank tape for recording, the correct CD is loaded and the microphone is plugged in correctly.

If feedback or a loud ringing is heard, decrease the master volume or microphone volume on the Fleco system or move the microphone away from the unit.
