Send more fanmail. Fanmail is the main way people communicate with each other on InstantCast. If you've already gotten some fanmail, congratulations! The best way to get your first fanmail, or to increase the amount you receive, is to send more fanmail to other member. You can send fanmail to all InstantCast members when you visit their profiles. By sending fanmail to new colleagues and old friends on InstantCast, you become an active member of the community of a ctors and models just like you. And fanmail is a measure of popularity, so it definitely looks good to have lots of fanmail.

Step Two

Share your profile via social bookmarking. Your InstantCast profile is available to the general public - you do not need to be a member to see your profile. But as you know, just because you "have" a profile , doesn't mean you automatically get a lot of traffic. The good news is we now make it easy for you to direct people to your profile by offering a number of profile sharing options with tagging and bookmarking sites like del.icio.us, Furl, My Web, and more. By sharing your profile with communities outside of InstantCast, you can promote yourself to more people. Let other people know what your skills are, and what you're doing now.

Expand your network of peers. Use the Member Gallery or Search Members functions to find members who have something in common with you - an interest in modeling, experience on stage, people who live in your neighborhood - and send them fanmail.
