Introduction

While attending Jazz Fest, you may decide to leave the concert grounds and venture out into the streets of New Orleans, where you'll notice that for somea?|Mardi Gras is a year a??round event. If you're female, there's a good chance you'll hear the same request shouted at you over and overa?|from rooftops, streetcarsa?| from anywhere, really. You don't have to be rudea?|there are a myriad of ways to politely decline the invitation to lift up your shirt.

Tips & Warnings

  • Always walk with at least one other female, preferably an exhibitionista?|that should hopefully take some of the pressure off of you.
