Steps

Step One

Be present in her life. A strong support system is one of the best indicators of future success. If you believe in a child and support her dreams and aspirations, she is much more likely to see them become a reality.
2

Step Two

Ask him what he wants to do when he grows up. Then enroll him in a class or buy him books that can help him achieve his dreams. If a child loves science, buy him a microscope and enroll him in science camp. If he wants to be a writer, let him take a creative writing class and encourage him to keep a journal.

Step Three

Encourage her. When a child does something great, let her know. You can't ever give a child enough praise, so let her know how special she truly is. On the same note, praise her in front of others. This will help her gain the self-confidence she needs to achieve her dreams.

Step Four

Keep an eye on him. If you want to help a child achieve his dreams, keep his out of trouble. Ask him where he is going, who he'll be with and when he'll be home.
