How to Change the Page Orientation of a Print Job
Introduction
You can change a print job's page orientation from landscape (the paper is wider than it is tall) to portrait (the paper is taller than it is wide - this is the default orientation). These instructions are for Microsoft Windows 98. Instructions for other operating systems or versions may vary.

Steps

Step One
From the File menu in your application program, click on Page Setup. A window will appear.

If you want to print a document in landscape orientation, click to put a dot beside "landscape."

If you want to print a document in portrait orientation, click to put a dot beside "portrait."

Click OK.

Print your document in the usual way.
Tips & Warnings
- Use landscape orientation to accommodate wide graphics or if you want to place graphics side by side.
- Choose your orientation as you compose the page, so you can see how the page will look as you create it.
