Keep your baby cozy and warm when you remove him from the bath and follow these steps to not only care for his baby-soft skin, but bond with him as well.

Wrap baby in a soft, fluffy towel.

Step Two
Rub a dollop of baby lotion in your hands, then gently massage your baby in a circular motion, beginning with the shoulders and ending with the feet.

Sprinkle cornstarch powder in the folds of baby's thighs to prevent chafing.

Step Four
Gently brush baby's hair with a soft baby brush.
Tips & Warnings
- Sprinkle a bit of cornstarch powder in your hand, then place powder only where needed, being careful to avoid areas near the baby's eyes, nose or mouth.
- Babies love one-on-one attention from Mommy or Daddy. Ask your pediatrician about special oils and lotions for baby massage.
- Talcum or baby powders that contain talc have been linked to upper respiratory problems.
- Baby skin is extremely sensitive to adult body lotion.
