Steps
1
Step One
First clean your room!(nobody likes pigpen) Buy something smelling nice* Put all things on your table in boxes, organize them. For example: every day usable makeup, makeup for parties, magazines, etc. Put all boxes in your closet, bookshelf or under the bed.
2
Step Two
Rework a pair of sturdy bookshelves into an attractive storage wall:
Cover them with curtains that match or complement your window treatments (for an extra touch, try pinning a wire sunburst or other lightweight art to the fabric)
To make your ceilings seem taller, hang the curtains from the ceiling, rather than from the top of the bookshelf.

Step Three
You can make your wall of cds to cover-up that nasty crack in the wall. Use old cds or the ones you never listen to(because once you hang them on the wall you will not be able to use them again).Put some super glue(not too much) on the side with a picture and stick it on your wall(it depends how much cds u have and what design you want to do)
4
Step Four
Mirrors divide the space and the room looks larger! Try experimenting with them.
5
Step Five
Make your own original wallpaper with posters to cover-up the ugly old one.
6
Step Six
Chandeliers look really sophisticated in a room with posters. You can get cheap and modern chandeliers in your local gift shops...
7
Step Seven
The covers of your bed does reform your room completely(so choose wisely). Cushions add extra comfort and style... Now define your bed with see through curtains.
8
Step Eight
Buy a new furry rug and some HUGE funny fluffy toys to add personality and playfulness!
10
Step Ten
Make a place where nobody can see you, where u feel safe and can lay down, relax, think about things ... Buy a hammock or a beanbag. If you have a big windowsill, make it like a little couch with cushions. Cover it with curtains.
