Instructions

Things You'll Need

  • An image
  • Photoshop any version above 8

Steps

Step One

So, open the image in photosop and duplicate the background 2 time, like so:

Step Two

Go to the second layer and go to --> filter-->blur-->radial blur and put the following settings:

Step Three

Now, go to the third layer do the same thing mentioned in the previous step, only change the amount to about 30. i used 29

Then go to image ready by clicking this button:

Step Four

In Image Ready check if you have the animation window (if not go to window--> animation).

now, in the first layer in the animation window put the eyes of layer 2+3 off.
duplicate the layer in the animation window and put the eyes of layer 1+3 off.
duplicate the layer in the animation window and put the eyes of layer 1+2 off.
duplicate the layer in the animation window and put the eyes of layer 2+3 off.
duplicate the layer in the animation window and put the eyes of layer 1+3 off.
duplicate the layer in the animation window and put the eyes of layer 1+2 off.

Put a 0.1 sec. delay on each later and save (File> Saved optimised as)
