Step One

Take the stylus out of its storage place. This should be located on the side of the Dell Axim.

Click on the Start menu. Open the Notes application.

Click on the Pen icon. This should be located at the top of your screen to change to free hand writing.

Use the stylus to write your text. The program will convert your writing to type format depending on your settings.
