Enter Microsoft Excel and open the file you want to convert.

Open the File menu and choose Web Page Preview to see how the spreadsheet will look on the Web. Make any changes you need to.

Open the File menu and select Save As Web Page.

In the "Save in" list, choose the place on your hard disk, Web server or other location where you want to save the new Web page.

Type a name for the page in the "File name" box.

Click Save.
Tips & Warnings
- You can also save your Excel files as "interactive" Web pages so that they can be modified from the Web. This is a bit more complicated; see the Excel online help for more info.
