Introduction

Now that you have your Treo Smartphone with VersaMail, you need to know how to do a few basic tasks with it. One of the most basic tasks is replying to emails. Follow these steps to reply to emails with VersaMail on a Treo Smartphone.

Steps

Step One

Turn on your Treo Smartphone. Find the On button and turn it on. When you get to your main menu, select the VersaMail option.

Step Two

Make sure you are set up with VersaMail. Contact your service provider for all the information on getting email on your Smartphone. You can easily contact your regular Customer Service number for assistance.

Step Three

Log on to your email. Go to your Applications and click a??VersaMaila??. You will then open a??Menus.a?? Click on a??Get & Send.a?? Now your Inbox should be populated with your email messages.

Step Four

Find the mail message you want to reply to. Select it by tapping the little envelope next to the message.

Step Five

Select the a??Replya?? button. You will also have to decide if you want to reply only to the sender or to everyone (reply all). Select your choice.

Step Six

Enter your reply into the box that comes up. Just get your whole message in there and then hit a??Send.a??
