Introduction

The full title of this festival is the Nozstock Festival of Performing Arts. Set on a farm in Bromyard in Herefordshire, entertainment includes three stages, showcasing music from dance to indie, a comedy tent, a cinema tent, a theatre tent and a story telling tent. Nozstock took place from July 13 to 15 in 2007.

Step One

Step Two

Find out what the ticket price includes. At Nozstock the full price for tickets is ?£28, though it is unclear whether this is inclusive of camping and parking. To make enquiries email noz@nozstock.com.

Step Three

Book your tickets. To book online you need to register. To do this go to the top of the Nozstock homepage and click join. Alternatively you can print out a booking form from the webpage and send it off with a cheque.

Step Four

Decide what you want to see. There are five arenas at this festival: the Circus, the Garden Stage, the Dance Arena, the Orchard Stage and the Dingle.

Step Five

Go to the Dingle area and visit one of the three tents--the Children's tent where they have activities such as braiding and storytelling; the Cine tent where they show a variety of art films; and the theater tent where you can watch comedy acts and dramatic theater.

Plan how to there. The festival site is near Bromyard in a place called Rowden Paddocks--follow the signs. Check the AA link below for detailed directions.

Catch a train to Worcester Foregate Station and then a bus to Bromyard.
